Here’s what you need:
4 bonelses, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 cup dijon honey mustard
- 1/3 cup apricot preserves
Here’s what you do:
Mix ginger, honey mustard, apricot preserves.
Place chikcen on a baking sheet, and brush mixture onto chicken. Broil 8 to 10 minutes.
