I’ve had a tartlet pan for a little while now, and I finally decided to put it to use with these delicious cheesy artichoke tarts. They are pretty easy and taste great. (Not super-healthy though.)
Here’s what you need:
- wonton wrappers
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Coat tartlet pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut wonton wrappers to fit pan, and press into cups.
Chop artichoke hearts.
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mustard using a hand mixer.
Stir in artichoke hearts.
Spoon mixture into wonton cups.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly browned.
