I love pomegranate! It’s delicious, healthy, and isn’t it beautiful?
Here’s a few ways to enjoy the fruit this season:
1. Fruit Salad
Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and pomegranate seeds make a divine fruit salad.
2. Pomegranate Spinach Salad
Top fresh spinach with goat cheese, candied pecans, and pomegranate. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
3. Pomegranate Orange Juice
(one of my mother’s favorites)
Pour orange juice, add pomegranate seeds. Smash pom seeds at bottom of glass. Strain out solid pom seeds.
