Classic Spaghetti and Meatballs

Classic spaghetti and meatballs. Delicious.

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup Italian bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ onion diced
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • 1 egg

Warning: You will get a little messy.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine all your ingredients in one large bowl and mix with your hands. Roll meat into 2-inch balls and place on a cooking sheet. (I lay foil down on the cooking sheet first to keep the pan cleaner.)

Bake about 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve with spaghetti, marinara sauce, and parmesan cheese.
