Delicious Dinner: Grilled Pork Chops with Couscous and Cantaloupe
Here’s what you need:
- thin pork chops
- brown sugar
- soy sauce
- red onion
- olive oil
Mix brown sugar and soy sauce into a paste with a ratio of about 1:1. Coat both sides of each pork chop in the paste and put them on the grill. After a few minutes, add a little more to the top of each pork chop. When you’re ready to flip the pork chops, add some more of the paste to the top of each pork chop.
Dice some red onion (about 1/3 of a medium-sized onion) and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes in a nonstick skillet.
Cook your couscous according to the instructions on the package. (It takes 5 minutes of simmering after the water boils.) Drizzle some olive oil over the couscous, add a generous portion of garlic wine seasoning and the red onion. Mix.
Serve with a side of cantaloupe for a refreshing meal.
