Friday’s post featured a photo of some colorful tacos and a bright tequila sunrise.
I didn’t include a recipe, but I was later asked what was in the tacos, so here it is.
Ingredients for Tacos:
Ground beef seasoned with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
There you have it – pretty basic tacos, but tacos are always good!
And then later I made breakfast tacos:
I scrambled some eggs, adding a few bites of leftover ground beef from the tacos above, a few bites of leftover steak from the Southwestern steak salad I posted last week, a hot dog, and two strips of bacon.
We mixed some corn, black beans, and red onion into our salsa and wrapped it all up in a warm tortilla for some tasty breakfast tacos.
