Corn is probably my absolute favorite vegetable, and I recently found a way to make it taste even better.
Here’s how it goes:
Start with a bowl of cooked corn off the cob.
Drizzle a little olive oil over it.
Sprinkle cracked pepper generously.
Sprinkle a little salt.
Chop green onions in thin slices, and add to mixture.
Lastly, pour some white wine vinegar, and stir it all up.
That’s it! An easy twist to a delicious summer vegetable.
